Two eggs, made according to your choice:
Omelette – can be ordered with extras of onion / mushroom / Bulgarian or hard cheese.
Herb Omelette – with the addition of parsley, onion and other herbs.
Six kinds of cheese on a platter:
Cream cheese, cottage cheese, Gouda, Tzfatit, Bulgarian, and home made Labaneh.
Fresh garden vegetables:
Cucumber, tomato, red peppers, baby radish, carrot, leafy greens, onion and more.
Breakfast is served with a basket of breads and butter, 4.5% fat yogurt with home made granola, seasonal fruit and honey, home-made jams, a selection of home baked cakes, halva, hot drinks, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
